You can find our current timetable and prices under ‘SCHEDULE’. To book online you need to register first, you can do that with a few clicks. Under the name of the class you can see if there is still spots available and the name of the instructor. You can sign up by clicking on the ‘Details’ button. You can pay online or in the studio.

Online through the Stripe payment gateway or in the studio by card, cash.

You can also buy by bank transfer:

Feel free to leave your trainers at home and get ready as if you were going to yoga. Bring your workout clothes and if you have Pilates socks (you can buy them at the studio).

We can only accept a maximum of 5 minutes late, after that you will not be allowed to join the class, as missing the warmup at the beginning of the class increases the risk of injury. Please respect the 5 minute rule.

Yes, our classes are open to both men and women.

You will receive a reminder email 24 hours before your booking. If you can’t make it to the class please cancel your registration on your profile, so that others from the waitlist can join. You can cancel up to 24 hours before the start of the class, within which time we will deduct the missed class from your membership (or charge you for the next time if you don’t have a membership).
