About The Training

We are excited to bring our teacher training to Budapest and inspire a greater interest in Barre. After successfully leading three trainings and witnessing real results in our trainees, we are confident that this method is both effective and impactful. It has helped many participants begin their teaching journey or expand their skill set.

The LEVEL 1 course includes:

• Anatomy & Physiology Basics (self study)

• Barre terminology

• Alignment and cueing

• Hand on adjustments

• Pre and Post natal modifications

• Injuries and modifications

• Fitness levels

• Using Props

• Music guidelines and tempo

• 4 hours of practice and 2 hours of observation at BFF

• 30-minute exam

• Certification, that is awarded after completion of assessments

Anyone, who wants to deepen their knowledge in Barre. Regardless of your background, our training equips you with the knowledge and confidence to lead a dynamic and engaging Barre class

What should you expect?

During this training Alyssa will prepare you to get the skills you need to teach her method. With dedication and consistency your body will transform and you will in return help others

Certification:

As a Resonate Body Barre teacher you will receive a certificate that approves you have been through training and have learned the skills to teach Barre. You can teach wherever you would like
