Our method is deeply rooted in classical Pilates but we take a modern spin on it to develop a class where you can transform your body with long lasting results.

Our Lagree inspired classes are performed on the small but powerful machine called Microformer.

Our signature BFF method combined with the best of Lagree: focus on slow, controlled movements to engage different muscle groups, particularly targeting core strength, muscular endurance and overall body conditioning.

Barre

Get stronger, leaner and shape your body with our Barre classes.

Barre is a ballet based workout which uses your own body weight and isometric exercises for a high intensity, low impact workout. If you’re all for quick results and sculpted body, this is the class you’re looking for.

It started in Miami…

Let the founder Dóra Medgyasszay tell you how it started:

“After having a serious injury in 2017 I was looking for a workout which was safe to recover yet challenging. I was always athletic, but within 6 months of discovering the magic of Pilates I transformed my body.

Yet it was 2 years later when I found the ultimate workout in Miami when visiting friends. Coming back to Budapest I struggled to find anything similar, all you had was traditional Pilates, and I craved challenge.

THE VISION

My goal was to integrate all I love, such as a place to focus on yourself, meet dynamic people and get transformative results. That’s when I realised I need to create this place myself: the first dynamic Pilates studio called BFF.

BODY FOCUS FORM

I knew what I wanted. Combining the controlled movements of traditional Pilates with fun choreography, seamless flow and an athletic approach. I believe that the more you understand your body, the more mindful you are of your movement, the greater the rewards.

THE COMMUNITY

When I created BFF, my intention was to build a community where clients could come to make new friends, have a similar mind and energise their well-being. I personally find it easier to do my workout when I have inspiring people around”
