What is reformer?

The Reformer is one of the classic Pilates apparatuses, originally designed with four equal-strength springs and leather straps. Over time, many modern versions have emerged, but the principle remains the same: controlled, functional movement combined with active stretching.

Reformer Pilates builds strength, stability, and body awareness while elongating and toning the muscles. Each exercise is fluid and precise, helping you develop strong core stability, long lean muscles, and improved posture – all with minimal joint impact.

What is dynamic pilates?

Dynamic Pilates builds on the foundations of classical Pilates, enriched with functional training elements and continuous flow. It’s a 50-minute, full-body workout that includes warm-up, precise strengthening phases, and a restoring stretch to close the session.

While Pilates is generally a low-intensity workout, our dynamic classes keep your muscles engaged throughout, gently elevating your heart rate while maintaining full control and mindfulness. The result: strength, flexibility, confidence, and a renewed sense of body awareness.
